TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the Air Relax Club (the "Club"), you agree on behalf of your organization and all members of your organization and others who use the Membership under your account to these terms and conditions. Please note that your participation in the Club is also governed by the agreements listed and linked below, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Air-Relax.com website, including those stated in Frequently Asked Questions, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these terms. Please read these terms carefully.

1. CLUB PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

1.1. To become a Club Member you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a natural person, older than 18 years of age;
• School team, health center, or sport organization manager or supervisor or by invitation;
• Provide information required in the Club registration process and complete the process;
• Provide your organization logo; and
• Read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. To join the Air Relax Club you must do it through our Web Site. Complete the "Air Relax Club Registration Form" and accept these Terms and Conditions of the Club.

1.3. Once the application is submitted, Air Relax will confirm acceptance by giving access to the benefits of the Club.

1.4. The user must provide accurate and truthful personal information when applying for membership in the Club and when applying for or using any Club benefit. Failure to comply with the above obligation may affect the use of Club benefits or even cause suspension or cancellation of membership.

1.5 The user must provide and upload its logo and gives permission for Air Relax to publish and/or use its organization logo or registered mark for display purposes connected with the www.air-relax.com. Air Relax may use the organization’s logo or mark for these purposes without further permission or acquiescence by the organization.

1.6. The Club Member accepts and knows that Air Relax will communicate special offers, benefits and other information about the Club to the email address provided at the time of registration.

1.7. Air Relax may deny, suspend, or cancel membership to any person who has violated in any way the Terms and Conditions, or who fails to comply with any of the requirements required to become a Club Member as indicated in these Terms and Conditions, or who allows or makes improper or fraudulent use of the benefits of the Club, without this giving rise to any claim by such member or third person.

2.GENERAL RULES

2.1. All promotions and offers offered by Air Relax are subject to the terms and conditions thereof. Unless Air Relax expressly indicates otherwise in writing, Club discounts shall not be combined with other Air Relax offers or promotions.

2.2. Neither the Registered Member nor any third party may offer Club discounts or services purchased using the Club membership, for commercial purposes, neither for consideration nor for free, especially in auctions on the Internet or other Web platforms, written media, social networks, email, mobile phone applications, etc..

2.3. The Conditions apply to all products purchased on our Website using Club membership.

2.4. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date so that we can provide you with a better service. The Member acknowledges and agrees that they must inform Air Relax of any change in their contact details.

3. TERMINATION

We may terminate your participation in the Club at any time in our sole discretion. We may also suspend or terminate the membership at any time without notice to you. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

4. TERM CHANGES

We may in our discretion change these Terms, Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of the Club, at any time without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. Your continued participation in the Club after the effective date of any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the terms.

5. DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the Club Terms is subject to the dispute resolution, governing law, class-action waiver, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and all other terms in the air-relax.com Conditions of Use.
