Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) are programs that allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible health care expenses. If you’re unsure whether or not you have an FSA or HSA, please check with your employer or insurance company.

Can I use my FSA/HSA card on Air-relax.com?

Yes, simply select "Credit card or FSA/HSA card" at the payment option of checkout.

What devices can I purchase with my FSA/HSA card?

Most of the Air Relax health products can be purchased by FSA/HSA card.

What is the Air Relax Merchant Category Codes (MCC)?

The MCC is 8009 - Mental health, sports medicine, misc medical.

How do I get a receipt to submit my purchase for FSA/HSA reimbursement?

We’ll include an electronic receipt with your order confirmation email, which can be used during your reimbursement process with your insurance carrier.

Why is my card declined at checkout?

In some cases, the card is declined due to the card issuer themselves to determine further restrictions. Please contact your card issuer.
